Webmail Ad Blocker debugging

1. Which version of Webmail Ad Blocker do you have?
   • View and/or Download the latest Firefox add-on or the Chrome extension?
2. Which webmail is this regarding: Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Hotmail?
3. Which browser and version do you have?
   • Try downloading the latest Firefox version or Google Chrome version?
4. What's your OS? (Operating System)
5. What's your screen resolution? (Need help finding it?)
6. Can you list all the Webmail Ad Blocker "options" you have set to hide? (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > Webmail Ad Blocker > Options)
   • Try playing with the options and eventually setting all options to show
7. Do you have other addons?
   • Try disabling them all?
   • If disabling them all works, then try 1 one at a time to find the conflicting one.
8. Can you send me a screen shot of the problem? (instructions for Windows / Mac) and send the attachment
9. Have you flushed the cache (press Ctrl+F5) in your email window?
10. For Gmail users only...
    1. Have you enabled any of the "Labs Features" available via that green test tube icon at the top right?
       • If so try disabling them all
    2. Are you using the new version of Gmail interface (in other words is there "Old version" link at the top right?)
    3. Do you have a Gmail "Theme"
       • Try using the default one
11. Anything particular about your system/browser/gmail/yahoo/hotmail that you think you should mention to me?
